Career Outcomes Matter LLC is a New York-based talent management consulting/career-coaching firm.  Our mission is to provide firms with strategies and tools to support successful employee transitions, and help high-performers use their “superpowers” to propel career leaps. Launched in 2011, we are looking for a marketing consultant who appreciates highly strategic thinking, works well when faced with few resources, and would love to bring out the product strategist in them.  This engagement is for 8 weeks (approximately 15 hours a week) with a flexible start date of April 15, 2013. Work will include, but is not limited to:

Helping the CEO of Career Outcomes Matter LLC directly to:

  • Create online offers and products to serve career coaching clients
  • Devise a process around all guest blogging initiatives to automate existing relationships
  • Assist with research for blog posts and other content needs
  • Manage Facebook and Twitter social media posts
  • Grow CRM database, manage its segmentation efforts, and focus on conversions
  • Complete other ad hoc assignments as necessary

  • Excited about receiving career coaching consultations


  • This is a barter agreement – In exchange for working 15 hours during the course of one week, you will earn a one hour career coaching session during that week worked
  • Past consultants who have performed exceptionally have formally presented their work to prospective employers, walked prospective employers through their portfolio, received three job offers shortly after working for the firm, and/or earned gold standard LinkedIn recommendations.
