Rockstar Podcast Production Intern Wanted! Support Thriving Podcast (10-15 hrs/week), Apply Before 4/30/24, Remote
Calling highly process and detail oriented podcast production assistants with a passion for entrepreneurship!
Do you crave the dynamic world of podcasting and yearn to help a podcaster map out her podcasting strategy and tie it to her group coaching program? Are you an assistant with a knack for handling lots of steps, managing expectations and streamlining podcast production ideas? If you’re ready to leverage your skills to help me, Melissa Llarena, continue to offer mom entrepreneurs the best in class podcast episodes in the entrepreneurship, female entrepreneurship, mompreneurship, and moms-in-business space, then this remote opportunity is for you!
Here’s what you’ll do (tasks can be adjusted based on weekly needs):
• Podcast Production Pro (4 hours/week): Manage the podcast production process from sending the audio for editing, possibly editing a slither of zoom videos for social media content or uploading it to youtube to writing show notes and publishing them on various platforms and sharing the episodes within the right forums and online groups for mom founders
• Podcast Lead Magnet Blitz (4 hours/week): Help Melissa come up with a podcast set of episodes to feature her lead magnet (a playbook referred to waaaaay below) and help with writing the script for them along with plotting the schedule for the rest of 2024
• Podcast Launch Plan (2 hour/week): Develop content related to the upcoming launch that will open the doors to a group coaching program and support her on sharing this opportunity with key partners to amplify the masterclass and the offer.
The 10-15 hours will be consistent each week but the priorities may change. The hours above are estimates.

This internship experience is in exchange for a job reference and/or college credit. You’ll have a portfolio filled with podcast episodes and results to showcase.
Ideal Start Date: April 30 (ideal candidate will be able to intern during the 2024 summer season from anywhere you are in the world). If an internship timeframe is required then partnering for 8-weeks would be suitable; we’ll be sure to focus on a project/s that can be completed within that timeframe that you can add to your portfolio/resume.
