Thank you VERY much for posting this video regarding the post-interview thank you note. Perhaps job seekers don’t think it’s relevant (“if they want me, they’ll hire me”) or maybe it’s seen as “begging,” but just sending an e-mail afterwards impresses me. And if you send me a hand-written note with all the salient points, THAT blows me away. If I don’t hire a candidate for a current open position, then I will certainly keep keep his/her resume on file via the recruiter. That person will be contacted first when a new position becomes available.

A blank card on its inside with the simple words, thank you on its outside is perfect. Professional and plain works best.
