How To Stand Out & Expand Your Network

When you work for top company, you expect people who are looking for a job in your employer to email you and ask you for coffee or for five minutes of your time. You might feel like an insider. You might feel like you have to be politically correct because you never know who that person knows.

It might feel transactional or forced…as if you are going out of your way to help someone on your limited time and so you weigh your options – should I accept or decline? However, what if that someone just volunteered for an organization where you volunteer? What if someone who admires your employer shares a common altruistic interest as yourself? Would you feel differently? Would that person stand out?

YES!

In this episode, watch how you can uncover where your networks will likely be in order to engage them there so that you can be that one job candidate who THEY really want to see get hired.
