Your script:

This opportunity is exciting and aligns quite well with my experiences. If I had to relocate to continue to fulfill my duties then I would regretfully have to decline. However, I would speak with leaders to see if I could potentially work virtually, transfer internally, or find another way to stay on board. I want to work for ABC because I believe in its mission with a particular emphasis on providing relevant content for millennials. My experience in agencies that have targeted this segment have taught me how to grab and keep their attention for extended periods of time – which I know is an invaluable skill and one that would give ABC a competitive edge. As a result, I’d leverage my ability to be creative and build a rapport internally to find a way to continue to add value at ABC for as long as possible.

The key insight is that you say the truth, reaffirm your commitment to the company, and highlight how you would add value to the firm.
