Turned my sales pitch approach around in a matter of minutes!

As I’m finally in the stage where we’ve truly launched my kids show, I needed to make sure my pitch would be received in the way I intended. I’ll be pitching to big and small companies, and I was concerned that I would miss the mark in the first 30 seconds (which I know are the most critical!). Working with Melissa was SO eye opening. In a matter of minutes, she walked me through questions I should know to ask for these high level meetings and answers I should have for their questions pertaining to their specific pain points. I’ve been in and out of sales roles for 15 years and still walked away with SUCH a strong foundation of the specific next steps I need to take in my business.I know I only get one chance to make my first impression. When I go through the work of building my list and reaching out to that list (of both cold and warm leads) having worked with Melissa will allow me to show up fully prepared for those meetings in a way I would have otherwise floundered and focused mainly on myself and the show! My mindset behind who I’m sharing my pitch with changed! Melissa asked such great questions around “why is this important to me?” that allowed me to go back to the drawing board and realize where the holes are in my pitch. I created a sweet, wholesome kids show (currently on YouTube) called Torbee and when I reach out to massive companies for sponsorship opportunities, I want to be truly prepared for those meetings.
